At Advocacy Homecare, our mission is to provide compassionate homecare services to individuals with dementia and elderly clients with disabilities. By offering personalized companionship, specialized training, and assistance, we aim to enhance the quality of life for our clients while helping them maintain their independence. We will be accepting Medicaid, private payments, veterans benefits, and long-term care insurance.
About Us
Advocacy Homecare is a private homecare agency based in Little Rock, Arkansas. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, reliable, and personalized care to seniors with dementia and those who need extra support at home.
Our official launch is set for April 2026, and we are currently building a strong team of caregivers and connecting with families who want trusted care.

Personal Care Assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming etc.)
We will provide support with daily personal needs to help our clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Our caregivers will assist with activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and other essential tasks.
Light Housekeeping and Meal Preparation
Every service we offer is customized to cater to the individual needs of each client, ensuring a personalized and compassionate approach to home care.
Companionship Support
We believe emotional well-being is just as important as physical care. Our companionship services provide friendly conversation, engaging activities, and a caring presence to help reduce loneliness and keep clients socially connected in the comfort of their own home.
Medication Reminders

Specialized Dementia Support
